Feb 1 - Water into Wine (John 2:1-11)
Feb 8 - Miraculous Catch of Fish on the Lake of Gennesaret (Lk 5:1-11)
Feb 15 - Jesus Cleanses 10 Leprous People (Luke 17:11-19);
- Object Lesson
- Point: Jesus heals and keeps us together
- Lesson: Leprosy separates people, but Jesus heals to bring us together
Feb 22 - Jesus Heals a Paralytic Who Was Let Down From the Room (Matt. 9:1-8; Mark 2:1-12; Lk. 5:17-26)
- Bottle Activity - Shoot a metal nut through a mouth of a bottle (Science with Jesus)
- Stick figure Activity : On a mat and then raised to walk
- Whiteboard, Sharpie, Erase Marker - Your sins are forgiven
- Cinammon & Soap - Jesus takes away our sins
March 1 - Jesus Heals a Man's Withered Hand on the Sabbath (Matt. 12:9-14; Mk. 3:1-6; Lk. 6:6-11)
March 8 - Jesus Calms a Storm on the Sea (Matt 8:23-27; Mark 4:35-41; Lk. 8:22-25)- Interactive: Jesus Calms the Storm

- Debrief the story:
- What happened that made the disciples feel unsafe? (Their boat got in a bad storm; they were afraid of drowning.)
- What did they do to get help? (They woke Jesus up.)
- What did Jesus do to make things okay again? (He told the wind and the waves to be still.)
- How could he do that? (He’s God’s son–he can do anything.)
- Can Jesus help us the way he helped the disciples in the storm? Why or why not? (Yes, Jesus can still do anything; no, he doesn’t work that way now.)
- Can Jesus help us even though we can’t see him or touch him? Why or why not? (Yes, he’s always with us; no, sometimes we don’t ask him.)
